Hot Air Oven Stainless Steel Chamber Manufacturer by Labycare in India. It is designed to generate heat with blower assisted air re-circulation inside the chamber at various temperature.It is widely used to dry glassware, sterilize N95 mask, general instruments and packaging items.  

Labycare Hot Air Oven is also known as Hot Air Oven Memmert type  
Inner chamber. It is made of stainless sheet and outer is made of thick mild steel sheet finished in white stoving enamel paint.
Oven has double wall fabrication. The gap between the walls is filled with special grade glass wool for heat insulation.  
Inner chamber is ribbed for placing two or three removable stainless steel shelves at convenient levels.  
Ovens have three side heating elements made of nichrome wire to attain quick and uniform heating in range of 50°C to 250°C + 1°C controlled by capillary type thermostat.
L- shaped thermometer is provided for taking temperature readings. 
Control Panel is provided with selector switch of high or low rates of power, temperature Control knob and indicators for mains & thermostat  
Incubator works on 220 V AC 50 Hz single phase.
