Labycare Horizontal Laminar Air Flow structure made of 19 mm thick ply board covered with sun mica from outside. Work Bench of perforated Stainless steel. Clear acrylic side panels. Front acrylic door of collapsible type. The room air is taken through the bottom of the cabinet through the pre filter, which traps larger size particles and increase the life of main HEPA filter. Air is forced evenly through the HEPA filter, resulting a stream of unidirectional clean air within the work zone of the cabinet.
The cabinet are fabricated out of thick mild steel cabinet duly powdered coated. The work table is made of thick stainless steel sheet. Side panels are provided of thick transparent acrylic sheets. The unit is fitted with pre-filter and is made to pass through highly efficiency 99.9%, thus retaining all air borne particles of size: 0.3 micron and larger. Using a dynamic machine, the blower and motor assembly is statically and dynamically balanced. Blowers are mounted on vibration isolation mounts to minimize vibration. The working is illuminated by fluorescent lighting fitted to the unit. Height of the working table provides comfortable "Sit-Down" working position for the operating to work on 220/230 volts AC supply.
