A solenoid valve controls the dispensing of material, directing it to either the coarse or fine flap based on the processing requirement. These flaps must be correctly positioned to ensure accurate material flow. The measured quantity of material is then transferred to the weighing bin and subsequently to the discharge funnel.
The control panel sends a signal to the discharge panel to initiate the weighing process. Once the material is ready, a foot switch activates the weighing bin, which automatically clamps the bag in place. After filling, the bag is conveyed to the stitching head via a conveyor belt, where it is stitched and then passed on to the sealing machine for final sealing.
